By accessing or using the Link Tash platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.
Link Tash provides a marketplace connecting advertisers (Buyers) with website owners (Publishers) for the purpose of link acquisition, guest posting, and content distribution.
Note: Link Tash acts as an intermediary and provides an escrow system to protect both parties during the transaction process.
To use our marketplace, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
All payments are processed in USD unless otherwise specified. Buyers deposit funds into the Link Tash Escrow system. Funds are only released to Publishers once the Buyer has verified the live placement.
All links must remain live for a minimum of 365 days. If a link is removed or changed to "no-follow" within this period, Link Tash will either have the link restored or provide a replacement of equal or greater value.
Users may not attempt to bypass the platform to contact publishers directly. Any attempt to circumvent Link Tash's fee structure will result in immediate account termination.
Link Tash is not liable for any changes in search engine rankings or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
